What does Full Vehicle PPF cover?

Every external painted surface: full bonnet, front and rear bumpers, all doors and wings, roof and all pillars, side skirts, boot lid and spoilers. If it's painted and on the outside of your car, it's covered.

What's not included in a Full Vehicle PPF package?

Full Vehicle covers every painted panel, but it doesn't automatically include your windscreen, wheels, or textured plastic trim, those need different products entirely (windscreen film, ceramic wheel coatings) and can be added separately if you want them. Worth asking any installer this directly before you book, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

How long will my car be with you for Full Vehicle PPF?

4 to 5 days. Every painted panel goes through the full process, decontamination, templating, application, edge work, and an overnight cure, and there's simply more surface area and more panel joins to template and tuck than either of the front-end packages. Rushing that on a full wrap is where installers get sloppy edges and stretch marks.

Why does Full Vehicle cost so much more than Front End or Extended?

It's the entire car rather than a handful of panels, every door, wing, roof, pillar, and side skirt individually templated and cut to that panel's exact shape. The roofline and pillars in particular take considerably more time to get invisible than a flat bonnet or bumper does. You're paying for coverage of every surface, not a proportionally scaled-up version of the smaller packages.

Can PPF be removed without damaging the paint?

Yes, when it's installed and removed properly. Our preparation method means the film comes off cleanly without leaving adhesive residue or damaging factory paint, provided the paint underneath is original or has been refinished by an approved bodyshop. Worth knowing upfront on a Full Vehicle wrap especially, since it's the most surface area to remove cleanly if you ever do need to.

Does Full Vehicle include the ceramic coating upgrade?

The PPF itself doesn't include ceramic coating as standard, but every Full Vehicle customer gets a discounted rate on Gtechniq Halo, applied across the entire film as part of our process. Chemically bonded to the SunTek film over the whole car, it's what keeps a full wrap genuinely easy to maintain rather than a chore to wash.

The MCC Method: Our 7-Stage Precision PPF Process

Phase 1: Wash and Decontamination

Every painted panel on the car, bonnet to boot lid, gets a comprehensive safe wash and chemical decontamination, removing every bonded contaminant so the film has a perfectly clean surface to bond to across the full vehicle. We also machine polish with a light compound over the entire car to maximise gloss and strip back any old protection present.

Phase 2: Templates

Our Graphtec plotter and SunTek Core software cut the film to your car's exact specification, panel by panel across the whole vehicle. Full coverage means significantly more templating work, roofline, pillars, side skirts, spoilers, so we take the time to edit every template for maximum coverage, no unnecessary stretching, no blades near your paint.

Phase 3: Film Application

Slip solution moves the film precisely into place panel by panel, roof and pillars first while access is clearest, working down to the doors, wings, and bumpers last so nothing gets knocked before it's fully bonded.

Phase 4: Invisible Edge Work

Specialised techniques tuck edges behind panels wherever possible, for perfect alignment and no lift lines, across every panel join on the vehicle, including the roof, pillars, and side skirts that only a full wrap involves. Once tucked, every edge is dried out and heat-sealed with gentle heat to bond fully to the paintwork.

Phase 5: Cure & Quality Check

The film is left overnight to settle across every panel. Full vehicle quality control means checking panel joins at the doors, boot lid, and pillars especially closely, the seams a full wrap creates that a partial coverage job never has, a finish built to last 12+ years.

Phase 6: Gtechniq Halo Application (optional but recommended)

Gtechniq engineered Halo specifically for PPF maintenance. It keeps the whole car hydrophobic and genuinely easy to clean, and helps stop dead insects etching into the surface, protection that holds for 2 to 3 years.

Phase 7: Aftercare Handover

With the whole car now under film, we walk you through washing it as one surface rather than treating painted and unpainted areas differently, most owners find full coverage genuinely simpler to maintain than a partial job, one product, one technique, everywhere.
