Seven panels means two different surface types in one decon pass, the flat bonnet and bumper polish up in the usual way, but A-pillars and side skirts need a different pad angle to avoid burning the edges. We run both passes before templating starts, since any contaminant left on a side skirt shows up as a bond failure months later, not immediately.

Our Graphtec plotter and SunTek Core software cut the film to your car's exact specification. The extended coverage means more panel joins and contour changes to template around, so we spend extra time editing custom templates for maximum coverage, no unnecessary stretching, no blades near your paint.

Slip solution moves the film precisely into place across all seven panels, the side skirts and rear bumper splash guards need a different squeegee angle to the bonnet and wings, so we work the lower panels separately rather than rushing them under the same technique.

A-pillar and mirror cap transitions are the two edges Front End never has to deal with, tighter curves, less flat surface to tuck into. We heat-seal those first while we've got the clearest access, then work back down to the more forgiving bonnet and bumper edges.

The film is left overnight to settle. We then run every panel through rigorous quality control to get as close to perfect as possible, a finish built to last 12+ years.

With side skirts and rear bumper now under film too, Halo's actually doing more work here than on Front End alone, those lower panels collect road grime a bonnet never sees, and hydrophobic coating means less time spent scrubbing them clean. Same 2 to 3 year hold as anywhere else it's applied.

We walk you through how the extended coverage will look and settle over the first 7 days, with side skirts and rear bumper splash guards taking road salt and grit at speed, we're specific about pressure washer distance and angle on those lower panels so nothing lifts an edge.
