Four panels, one clean pass: bonnet, bumper, wings, mirror caps get chemically decontaminated and machine polished before we go anywhere near the plotter. Front End cars are usually here for a daily-driver reason, stone chips, road film, so we're looking specifically for embedded contaminants those high-impact zones pick up that a normal wash never lifts.

Our Graphtec plotter and SunTek Core software cut the film to your front end's exact specification. We spend the time editing custom templates for maximum coverage across the bonnet and bumper curves, no unnecessary stretching, no blades near your paint.

Slip solution moves the film precisely into place across the bonnet, bumper and wings, three panels with different curvature, so each one gets squeegeed down individually before we move to the next.

The bonnet shut line and bumper edge are the two places a rushed install shows first, so that's where we spend the extra time tucking film behind the panel rather than cutting it flush. Heat-sealed once tucked, checked again once cool, that's the difference between an edge that lasts 12 years and one that lifts in year two.

The film is left overnight to settle across all four Front End panels. We then run a full quality check, checking bonnet and bumper edges especially closely since they see the most flex and washing, a finish built to last 12+ years.
