I’ve had both an M140i and M2 Competition front end PPF carried out by Claire and I’ve been absolutely over the moon with both. Follow up health checks to ensure there are no issues as well as the best material (STEK) used which gives off much better gloss than alternatives. The MCC Method: Our 7-Stage Precision PPF Process
Every panel is cut to your car's exact specification using our Graphtec plotter and SunTek Core software, no guesswork, no blades near your paintwork. It's the same rigour from first wash to last handover, which is why the finish lasts.
Phase 1: Decontamination & Preparation
A comprehensive safe wash and chemical decontamination removes every bonded contaminant, giving the film a perfectly clean surface to bond to. We also machine polish with a light compound to maximise gloss and strip back any old protection already on the paintwork.
Phase 2: Precision Templates
Our Graphtec plotter and SunTek Core software cut the film to your vehicle's exact specification. We spend the time editing custom templates for maximum coverage, no unnecessary stretching, no blades near your paint.
Phase 3: Film Application
Slip solution moves the film precisely into place on the panel, and dedicated PPF squeegees lock each perfectly aligned template down.
Phase 4: Invisible Edge Work
Specialised techniques tuck edges behind panels wherever possible, for perfect alignment and no lift lines. Once tucked, every edge is dried out and heat-sealed with gentle heat to bond fully to the paintwork.
Phase 5: Cure & Quality Check
The film is left overnight to settle. We then run it through rigorous quality control to get as close to perfect as possible, a finish built to last 10+ years.
Phase 6: Gtechniq Halo Application (optional but recommended)
Gtechniq engineered Halo specifically for PPF maintenance. It keeps the film hydrophobic and genuinely easy to clean, and helps stop dead insects etching into the
Phase 7: Aftercare Handover
We walk you through how the film will look and settle over the first 7 days as it fully cures, and exactly how to wash and care for it safely from there, including dealing with dead insects without damaging the surface. We also stock Gtechniq's PPF maintenance bundles if you want the right products on hand from day one.
